DESCRIPTION:Join HIA Hospice for a virtual Lunch & Learn on Tuesday\, March 10\, from 12 to 1 p.m. Victoria Anderson\, MSW\, LICSW\, LADC\, LCSW\, LAC\, SAP\, owner of Rooted Counseling will present Compassionate Care at the End of Life: Addressing Pain\, Addiction\, and Humanity. \nBy the end of this session\, participants will be able to: \n• Manage Pain Wisely – Learn ways to provide relief while considering a patient’s history with addiction.\n• See the Whole Person – Keep dignity and humanity at the center of care.\n• Use Practical Tools – Take away simple strategies for real-world hospice situations. \nRegistration:  \nRegistration is required to attend.
