DESCRIPTION:Caregiver Connect is an ongoing virtual support group to help caregivers manage the stress and joys of being a caregiver. This group is for anyone who is actively providing care or support to another person. \nIt’s led by professionals who provide education\, practical advice and support to caregivers. The group offers a safe environment for caregivers to share stories with others who are experiencing the caregiving journey. \nThis support group is free and open to the public. The support group will be held virtually.
