SUMMARY:Heartstrings: Youth Grief Retreat
DESCRIPTION:  \nHIA Hospice invites children ages 7-14 to attend Heartstrings: Youth Grief Retreat\, a special day camp designed to support youth who have experienced the death of a loved one. Through engaging activities\, meaningful discussions and time spent in nature\, participants will explore how grief feels\, learn healthy ways to cope and discover paths toward healing. \nHeld in the peaceful setting of That’s the Dream Farm\, the retreat offers a blend of outdoor and indoor experiences. Each camper will receive a backpack\, a copy of The Invisible String and the creative projects they work on throughout the day. The retreat concludes with a heartfelt Remembrance Service\, where families are invites to join their children for lunch and the planting of a memorial tree in honor of loved ones who have died. \n  \nWhen: Tuesday\, June 24\, 2025 from 9:00am-1:30pm \nWhere: That’s the Dream Farm; 7552 70th Ave. N.
