DESCRIPTION:Join HIA Hospice for a virtual Lunch & Learn on Tuesday\, January 13 from 12 to 1 pm. Morgan Hastings\, LGSW\, LMSW\, LADC\, will present “Beyond the Plate: How Trauma and Attachment Shape Our Relationship with Food.” \nBy the end of this session\, participants will be able to: \n• Describe how trauma and different attachment styles can influence eating behaviors and food choices.\n• Identify signs that a client’s relationship with food may be shaped by emotional or relational trauma.\n• Apply trauma-informed strategies to foster safety\, agency\, and self-compassion in nutrition counseling. \nRegistration: \nRegistration is required to attend.
