Heartstrings: Youth Grief Retreat

HIA Hospice invites children ages 6 -17 to attend Heartstrings: Youth Grief Retreat, a special day camp designed to support youth who have experienced the death of a loved one. Through engaging activities and meaningful discussions, participants will explore how grief feels, learn healthy ways to cope and discover paths toward healing.

Held at HIA Health, the retreat offers a blend of outdoor and indoor experiences. Each camper will receive a backpack, a meaningful book and the creative projects they work on throughout the day. The retreat concludes with a heartfelt Remembrance Service, where families are invited to join their children for lunch.
