The HEARTS In Action Award recognizes HIA Health team members who bring our core values to life through their everyday actions and unwavering commitment to those we serve.
These honorees truly put HEARTS In Action by demonstrating Honor, Excellence, Attitude, Respect, Teamwork (HEART) through their interactions with peers, coworkers, partners, patients, and families.
Their dedication inspires those around them and strengthens our culture of care. If you know an HIA Health team member who consistently leads with HEART, please take a moment to complete a nomination form and recognize them for putting their HEARTS In Action.
Who can be nominated?
Any HIA Health employee, from any discipline, department, or location, is eligible for nomination.
Who can nominate?
- HIA Health employees may nominate fellow employees.
- Patients and families may nominate HIA Health employees.
- Healthcare partners or community partners may nominate HIA Health employees.
How often are awards given?
- Up to five awards will be presented quarterly–one for each core value.
- One annual HEARTS In Action Award winner will be selected from the quarterly recipients.
