Together, We Are Hearts in Action
The hearts at Hospice of the Red River Valley, House Calls and Heirlooms Thrift & Gift are coming together under one new name: HIA Health. While our name has changed, our mission remains the same—providing comfort, care and compassion through every stage of life’s journey. Now, as HIA Hospice, HIA House Calls and HIA Heirlooms, we combine our strengths to honor individual goals, deliver seamless care and create meaningful connections. Together, we are Hearts In Action.
Hearts In Action
“Hearts In Action” isn’t just a saying—it shows who we are and what we do at HIA Health. The letters HIA stand for “Hearts In Action,” which means we turn kindness into real care and help for people who need it most. It’s our way of showing that we don’t just care—we take action to make a big difference in the lives of patients, families, healthcare professionals, donors and volunteers alike.
Why Are We Rebranding?
Unification: We’re bringing all our services under one name to create a more unified and cohesive identity. While we’ll continue to do the same great work, operating under a single brand simplifies how we present ourselves and makes it easier for people to understand who we are and what we offer. This change allows us to strengthen our reputation, build trust and ensure consistency across everything we do, all while staying true to our mission.
Enhancement: We’re rebranding to support our growth and enhance the services we offer, giving people more choices that allow them to stay connected to the place they call home. This evolution is about ensuring we can better serve our communities while staying true to the comfort and familiarity that matter most.
Growth: As we continue to grow, both in geographic reach and the range of services we provide, it’s clear that our previous branding no longer fully represents who we are or where we’re headed. To support this exciting expansion and reflect the breadth of what we offer, we need a brand that’s versatile enough to encompass all our services—both now and as we continue to evolve. This change is about positioning ourselves for the future while staying true to the values that have brought us here.
Clarity: Our rebrand reflects our commitment to providing a comprehensive range of services that support individuals throughout every stage of life’s journey. By unifying under one name, we streamline our identity, making it easier for individuals to access and navigate the full scope of care we offer. This approach ensures continuity, clarity and consistency while reinforcing our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of those we serve.
