May 2026 Lunch & Learn – Compassionate Care at the End of Life: Preventing Stroke

Join HIA Hospice for a free, virtual Lunch & Learn session on Tuesday, May 12, from 12 to 1 p.m. Chrissy Meyer, MBA, Regional Senior Marketing Communications Director, American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, will present “Compassionate Care at the End of Life: Preventing Stroke.”
During the session, attendees will:
- Learn about stroke symptoms and the key warning signs to watch for.
- Understand the major stroke risk factors and how they affect your health.
- Learn about what to do if you suspect a stroke is occurring.
